Who we are
The controller of personal data sent through this website is Blue Wave Immigration Consultants Oy, Finland, which operates under the trade name Eurowingz.
What we collect
- Job applications
- Your name, contact details, country of residence (and city if you live in Finland), right-to-work status, trade, welding processes and certificates, experience, languages, availability and the documents you upload, such as your CV and certificates.
- Training applications
- Your name, contact details, country of residence (and city if you live in Finland), right-to-work status, confirmation that you are 18 or older, English level, background, motivation and preferred start.
- Company enquiries
- The company name, the contact person's name, email and phone number, the job details you send and any attached job description.
- Student enquiries
- Your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country of residence, the country or course you are interested in and your message.
We do not ask for a personal identity code, date of birth, photo, nationality or health information. Please do not include them in messages or documents.
Why we use it
Only to handle your application or enquiry and to contact you about it. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.
Who can see it
Eurowingz staff who handle recruitment and student services. Our technical service providers — hosting, email delivery and the spam check on our forms — process data only on our instructions.
If you apply for a job or training, we may share your application and documents with employers we put you forward to. Each employer gets a private, read-only link that expires (usually after 30 days). Your email and phone number are only shown to them when needed; otherwise they contact you through us.
How long we keep it
- Applications
- Deleted 12 months after a decision, or 12 months after you applied if no decision was made. If you agree to join our talent pool, we keep your details for 24 months.
- Company and student enquiries
- Deleted 24 months after we receive them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will answer within one month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland.
