About the role
We are looking for experienced pipe fitters for industrial and shipbuilding projects in Finland. You will work on site with a team of welders and fitters, building and installing piping systems from drawings.
Your tasks
- Read and interpret piping drawings and isometrics
- Measure, cut, bevel and fit pipes, flanges and fittings
- Prepare and tack joints for welding
- Install and support pipelines, valves and equipment
- Pressure-test finished systems together with the site supervisor
- Follow the site's safety rules and keep your work area in order
What we are looking for
- Several years of experience as a pipe fitter in industry, shipbuilding or construction
- Ability to work from drawings independently
- Welding skills are an advantage (MIG/MAG or TIG)
- Valid certificates, such as a safety card or hot work licence, are an advantage
- Basic English for working on site
- Right to work in Finland, or readiness to start the work permit process with us
